Is there a limit on how much perfume I can bring into Spain?
No specific limit. Perfume is just goods: from another EU country it is free, and from outside the EU it counts toward the €430 allowance like any purchase. The only practical limit is the 100 ml rule for hand luggage.
Can I bring Korean or Japanese skincare with ingredients not approved in the EU?
For personal use, yes — customs does not check ingredient lists of travellers' toiletries. The EU cosmetics regulation restricts what can be *sold*, not what you can carry for yourself. Exceptions are products with CBD, hydroquinone or mercury, which can be seized.
