- •Hong Kong charges no import duty or sales tax on cosmetics, perfume or toiletries, and there is no quantity limit for personal use. A bag of new Korean skincare or French perfume attracts nothing at customs.
- •The only rules:
- •CBD in any cosmetic (creams, serums, lip balms) is a dangerous drug since February 2023 — up to 7 years' imprisonment. Check labels before packing
- •Products containing mercury, hydroquinone or certain steroids are controlled under pharmacy law and can be seized
